Jerry Boyd has over 40 years of professional experience as a Materials and Process Engineer, including Product Assurance, Production and Supply Chain Engineering Support. Previously he served as Product Assurance Manager at an aeronautical antenna and aerospace company establishing an ISO-9001 quality business system.  In addition, he has significant and successful broad-based experience in highly technical industries, creating innovative solutions within challenging time constraints.  Jerry’s expertise in processing, failure analysis,, materials and product engineer and production / management support provides high value added levels of assurance in the successful delivery of desired outcome.

Douglas P Hatran

Founder and CEO of Green Nimbus Agricultural Technologies Company.  Douglas P Hatran is the inventor, innovator and developer of a true vertical cultivation system that is designed with optimized efficiency for high-density and low energy consumption. Doug is a scientist and serial entrepreneur who has a background in Molecular Biology, Plant Physiology and Medicine. Doug has been involved at the founding stages of Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (a publicly traded pharmaceutical company in South San Francisco; RIGL), Zytor Therapeutics (an enzyme replacement company acquired by BioMarin) and CV Ingenuity, Inc. (a medical device company acquired by Covidien/Medtronic/Royal Philips Medical).  He has resurrected and filed patent on his High-Density Cultivation Technology, and has licensed it to Green Nimbus, LLC. for the cultivation, management, and sublicensing of Cannabis related business.  Doug is currently expanding his cannabis operations from Colorado to other regulatory approved US markets, offering the lowest carbon footprint in development for all commercial farming.

Joe Cox

Joe Cox has over 35 years of professional experience in private equity, equity management, and financial management of assets.  Joe is responsible for formulating Green Fields Partners’ macro investment strategy and for the structuring and oversight of portfolio investments.

Prior to co-founding Green Fields Partners was managing partner at an international trade and finance company.  Earlier, he had founded a finance company focused on Insurance products.  He began his career and spent over 20 years as a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley.
